Messages through Asana are my preferred method of communication. I’ll respond to your message within 24-hours (during business hours). If you need to jump on a phone call, you can schedule here.


To help keep your project on track to finish on time, please provide feedback on your designs by the due date scheduled in Asana. I really appreciate your effort to provide files and feedback on time! Timeliness from both of us will help us get your project done on by deadline (or even before!) so you can move on to the next exciting task on your to-do list and I can cheer you on.


Payment Policy

By now, you will have paid the non-refundable 50% deposit. Depending on the estimate length of your project, the remaining 50% will either be paid at the end of the project or be split into two 25% payments that will be paid in the middle and at the end of the project.

All payments are due 10 days upon invoice. If payment has not been made within 10 days, a 15% interest will be added every month until your payment has been completed.


what i need from you

Before getting started on the design, I need a couple things from you.
Please have these completed at least a 2 days prior to the start date.



This questionnaire is designed to get you thinking more about the style of brands and logos you are drawn to and will help me narrow in on your vision! The link to the questionnaire can be found in it’s corresponding section in Asana.


This Pinterest board is for you to pin images to that you believe align with your brand’s look and feel. Directions for how to best choose you pins are located in the questionairre. The link to the mood board can be found in it’s corresponding section in Asana.


Anything you’re wanting to include in your updated brand or website (i.e., existing logos, typefaces, copy, photos, videos, etc.), send those via Google Drive, or Asana.



I really appreciate simple and straightforward feedback. It helps me clearly understand your thoughts and make the right changes to your designs. Here are a few tips on providing awesome feedback:

  • Try and use bullet points to break up your feedback and headers to organize.

  • Read over your feedback to make sure it’s clear and check that you’ve answered any questions I may have asked.

  • If you have team members that would like to add their feedback, I kindly ask that you gather the feedback into one message.

  • Post your feedback as a comment on the relevant Asana discussion instead of emailing me directly. 

  • It’s completely normal to want to ask friends and family for their insight on your new design! Please keep in mind, while their feedback can be helpful, it can also start to steer us away from reaching your target audience, your main goals, and your vision.

Now that you’re booked in my schedule, we’ll stop using email and start using Asana, a project management tool, for communication. 

Asana is an great tool and a secure space online where we’ll have conversations, share files, and set reminders. It’s the simplest way to keep your project organized and make sure it goes as smoothly as possible! And don’t worry, it’s completely free!

“What file types will you give to me?”

You will receive JPEGs, PNGs, and EPSs of every logo and mark, along with black and white versions of each logo and mark. Patterns will also receive JPEGs and PNGS. The Style Guide and Brand Guidelines will come as a PDFs. Collateral item’s files will vary from JEPGs, PDFs, or PNGs depending on the piece.

“Will you send me the fonts you used?”

In short, no. I own the licenses to the font files that are used in your project. I will provide links to all the fonts used in your final files for you to purchase and download.

“Will you send me the editable design files?”

These files are not included in the project. But if you do want them, let me know and I’ll create a separate invoice for the cost of these files.

“What constitutes a ‘Round’?”

A round is from the time I present a design to the time you provide feedback. There are 2 rounds of design, which means there are 2 opportunities for you to give feedback.

“What if I have more changes after Round 2?”

No worries! After Round 2, you can definitely still provide feedback, but there will be an hourly fee of $100 for any additional design time.
